2019 Wrapped - Our Year In Review

This last year brought some great moments for our artists.

In the licensing world, we had Jagaja’s “What Do Ya Got?” placed on The CW’s Roswell, New Mexico.

BXTH placed three songs (including the custom Christmas jingle “Housetop Bounce”) in the Dreamville documentary Out of Omaha, released in October. Scky Rei was also featured in the film, and we’re grateful for his strong friendship and storytelling to enlighten the world about our hometown Omaha.

We released Twinsmith’s dreamy “Feels,” their first single since going independent post-Saddle Creek. Twinsmith also hit the road with some great friends, including Jared & The Mill, Michigander, Private Island, and Hush.

We rebranded Oketo as the group re-formed into usr/friendly, sharing a cryptic album teaser and their debut single “Sleeper”. Usr/friendly has also been curating their ethereal playlist The Orb.

But all this was just our public-facing year. Many of the artists spent loads of time writing, recording, and planning new material for the year to come.

We are looking forward to a music-filled year in 2020, and thank you all for following in 2019!
